If you don’t know, I purchased a Fitbit One last year and have been wearing and keeping a count of my steps ever since. I find the competitiveness great and it always keeps me moving. I average nine to thirteen thousand steps per day and my daily goal has always been 10,000 per day. Well, now that it’s the start of the Dash, I want to take 1.5 million steps over the course of the next 100 days. That’s an average of 15,000 steps per day – it’ll be a challenge, but as of day one, I’m on the right track! 🙂
